A Book of Endings
[info]markdeniz is the result of a scientific experiment into sustained sleep deprivation.

What we've learned so far is that, without sleep, subjects become embarrassingly productive and improbably focussed on areas of endeavour designed to promote & support entire groups of otherwise unrelated people.

Clearly we need to milk his productivity for all he's got before he realises what the heck he's doing, rapidly burns out & collapses in a mumbling heap.

This is my contribution to that cause.

A Book of Endings
Over at Talking Squid, Chris Lawson is running an experiment. Ask someone a question & then get them to ask someone else a different question. Kinda like chain mail but without the threats of doom & imminent failure. It's the Squidsqautch chain interview!

So far, we've heard from these people:

1. Nick Evans on real vs. fictional biotechnology
2. Sean Williams on keeping sane
3. Jonathan Strahan on the future of space opera
4. Stephen Dedman on longevity as a writer
5. Robin Pen on DVD piracy
6. Martin Livings on life on a grant
7. Deborah Biancotti on the undeath of genre
8. Mitch on eating his greens
9. ???

Mystery interviewee #9 will be uploaded in the next few days.

Check it out.
